All orders over $75 get free shipping. All orders below $75 are assessed very competitive shipping
rates which are lower than most internet stores. At My Baby Boutique.Net, we use UPS, FedEx DHL and USPS for
shipping within the United States. Currently we do not ship internationally.

We will gladly replace any defective or damaged items at no additional cost to our customers. Unfortunately, opened CD's,
DVD's and VHS tapes are not returnable unless they are defective or damaged. Customers returning products for any other
reason will be responsible for paying return shipping for the returned items.
If you need to return a product, you need to get in touch with us either through our toll free number or through our
online contact form so that we can authorize it. All products can be returned within 30 business days of receiving them.
We will only accept them as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee
on our products less shipping and handling.

We strive to ship orders within 2 business days. However, we will ensure that we ship
all orders within 7 business days from when the order was placed. Some of our suppliers
may ship directly to you. This may cause you to receive your order in multiple shipments.

Sales tax will be assessed for orders shipped within the state of Texas (8.25%). This is due to the fact that our
corporate office is in Fort Worth, TX. All other states are tax-exempt.
